چکیده
Abstract The characterization of mechanical vibrations in a hammer forging process is tremendously important parameter for machine design and production engineering. dynamic response to the reaction forces affected by material behaviour, time, spring-damper system foundation. In this research firstly, effect mass ratio coefficient restitution on efficiency were theoretical characterized. interesting influence anvil initial velocity also analytically presented. LASCO HO U-315 experimentally investigated. Two steel grades S355 42CrMo4 used forge trial parts. ram acceleration during hot die measured using laser meter type LSV-2000-45. influences restitution, energy loss time interval (delay) between blows examined. before contact was determined be approximately 10%. investigations showed that variation within usual range has no intensity nor hammer. dependence free damped stiffness, damper been confirmed. Additionally, due movement as well theoretically analysed order verify experimental findings. Theoretical analysis an 0.2 m/s results 4% increase efficiency. A good agreement observed.
